FULL DETAILS OF PIZZA PARTY

* To be eligible for a pizza party, you must sign up via the CustomPostcards.com website and must be at least 18 years of age. Or, you can mail your contact information (full name, company name, address, phone number, email address) to Pizza Party, c/o PNL Publications, Inc., 3627 Sandhurst Drive, York, PA 17402.

* Only businesses with a valid business address are eligible to win.

* There will be one winner every calendar month, selected at random from all entries received during the prior calendar month.

* The winner will be notified and must use the prize within 30 days of notification, otherwise prize becomes null and void.

* The value of the prize is up to $100; and will be used only toward the purchase of pizza and soft drinks at the pizza parlor chosen by the winner.

* The winner will notify CustomPostcards.com 7 days prior to their chosen party date; and supply the name of their preferred pizza parlor so that payment arrangements can be made.

* NOTE: if a date or place change must be made, CustomPostcards.com MUST be notified immediately to ensure proper payment arrangements are made on the pre-arranged date and at the correct pizza parlor.

* The winner will call the preferred pizza parlar and manage the ordering of the food and soft drinks, and coordinate delivery to their place of business.

* By signing up for the pizza party, you grant CustomPostcards.com use of your email or business address for promotional and informational purposes conducted via email or through the mail.
