Proofing:
After we receive your art files and your order has been put into production we will make every attempt to provide your proof within 24 hours provided your files are accurate, print-ready and your payment has been processed. If we do the design allow 3-5 days for a proof. All orders received after 11:30 A.M. EST. will be processed the following business day.

Art Time:
One-half hour of file pre-flight is included in the listed price. Should extra time be required, you will be notified in advance of completing the work. Additional time charged at $85/hr. - minimum one-half hour. To avoid any additional art charges please submit print ready pdfs. If you are unclear on how to create print ready pdfs please contact us for instructions.

Delivery:
We will make every attempt to ship your order 7-10 business days following the day of your approval. The Promptness of your proof approval will determine your delivery date.

Need a faster turnaround time? Digital printing on quantities up to 2500 is available at the prices listed above. These items ship 3 to 5 days following the day of your approval.

Although every effort will be made to adhere to this shipping schedule, due to unforeseen
circumstances, we cannot guarantee these dates. If your delivery schedule is critical, please
advise your representative and we will do everything possible to meet your deadline.

If these schedules are not satisfactory, and you want to avoid rush charges, minor revisions

Rush charges: Call for Rush Charge Information. There is a Minimum $145 Rush Charge.

A cancellation fee of $15 plus appropriate artwork charges applies to all cancelled orders.
